The dispatch of products acquired in Epifanía Creaciones may be made through any of the following modalities:

1. Regions home delivery via STARKEN payable

2. Santiago office INSIDE the Américo Vespucio ring by a private company valued at 4,000 (Comunas Conchalí, Independencia, Recoleta, Providencia, Ñuñoa, Macul, San Joaquín, San Miguel, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Central Station, Lo Prado, Quinta Normal, Renca, Las Condes , Vitacura, The Queen

3. Santiago office OUT  of the Américo Vespucio ring by a private company valued at 6,000 (Communities: Lo Barnechea, Maipú, Puente Alto, El Bosque, Lo Espejo, Cerrillos)

4. Shipment by Starken payable to other Communes outside the province of Santiago (Communes:  Lampa, San Bernardo, Peñalolén, La Pintana and Padre Hurtado, Colina, Paine

5. FREE workshop pickup

1. Home delivery via STARKEN

Under this modality, the product will be dispatched to the address that the client gives the minute he makes his purchase. The accuracy of the data delivered for a correct dispatch is the sole responsibility of the client.

Shipments are payable, the cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the product and place of destination, therefore, they are charged at the time of shipment at the STARKEN offices.

Once the product is delivered to STARKEN, the tracking code will be sent to the customer via email.

2. Dispatch with a private company

If you choose this option, your order will be shipped with a private shipping company, it is only valid for the Metropolitan Region.

This company has a period of 5 business days to make the delivery of your order effective.

Here we don't have tracking code.

3. Withdrawal in Workshop

If you do not want to pay for the office, you can pick it up at my workshop located in the Conchali commune, prior coordination.
